Did you grow up on a family farm or work on a local farm alongside your studies? Perhaps you've got an Agricultural focussed degree and keen to secure a role that will allow you to get under the skin of the food supply chain.

Start out in Staffordshire for your first 12 months, learning different aspects of the business from the farm through the early stages of the supply chain. Working your way through a well structured and supportive programme, you'll then move on to another location in the UK, with a salary increase to support you on your way to the next stage of your learning and development.
