Exciting new opportunity to join my client's service and lead the housing management services as the Interim Tenancy Manager for an initial 9 months contract with potential for extension.

Experience required for this Tenancy Manager role:
- Successfully led and developed a team that provides a range of customer centred services, including managing tenancies, overseeing the neighbourhood service, collecting rents, and managing high level anti-social behaviour cases.
- Extensive knowledge of housing legislations and regulations.
- Ideally CIH qualified.

Job Details for the Tenancy Manager role:
- Initial 9 months contract
- Start date: Immediate
- Working Pattern: Hybrid (1 day in office per week)
- Location: Hampshire
