Hours: Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm with a 12.30pm finish on a Friday.

Unify, the South Coast’s fastest growing recruitment agency, specialising in engineering, construction, and building services, is seeking experienced and ambitious Recruitment Consultants to join our dynamic team at both intermediate and senior management levels. Located in the iconic Gunwharf Quays, our newly refurbished office boasts stunning sea views. We are on the look out for talented individuals within the Recruitment sector who are seeking a new challenge or a step up within their career into management, mentorship and ambitious to grow their own team!

Responsibilities:

* Provide both contract and permanent staff in a 360 capacity

* Develop new business and work closely with existing clients

* Contact candidates and guide them through the whole recruitment process

* Receive ongoing training and support, working alongside our directors to ensure you become the best recruitment consultant possible

Requirements:

* At least one year of experience in Recruitment

* Proven track record of billings

* Excellent soft skills including confidence, ability to build long-term relationships, a desire to succeed with a winning mentality, strong planning, organizing, and process skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, a passion for improving industry standards, a competitive nature, and a strong work ethic.
