Exciting Site Manager opportunity in Central London for a leading refurbishment and modernisation company.

About the role of Site Manager:

Working on a commercial construction project valued around £40 million, with a focus on CAT A fit out.

Responsibilities for Site Manager:

Reporting to Senior Site Manager or Project Manager
Communication with sub contractors
Day to day Client interaction
Day to day running of site Requirements for Site Manager:

Experience working at a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor
Experience working as a Site Manager on projects valued over £30
CAT A and structural experience
