Salary: £46,000 - £48,000 per annum
Location: Poulton-le-Fylde
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (Supernumerary Hours)

This luxury care home offers high-quality nursing and dementia care in a warm, welcoming environment. As Deputy Home Manager, you'll work closely with a dedicated team to deliver outstanding care and support the Home Manager in maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence.

What We're Looking For:
NMC Pin (RGN/RMN/RNLD)
A minimum of 1 year's experience as a Clinical Lead or Deputy Home Manager
Experience in nursing and dementia care, with a strong understanding of care planning and clinical governance
A compassionate, person-centred approach to leadership
