Blaymires Recruitment is representing a leading building contractor based near Winchester who is searching for a Supervisor / Manager to join the business.

The company has been trading for over 14 years and undertakes all aspects of building work, including refurbishments, planned and voids works with contracts ranging up to £1M.

Due to a steady increase in work, they are looking for a supervisor manager to lead a

kitchen and bathroom refurbishments and void works contract for a local Housing Association.

This role would suit Supervisor or Manager that has the ability to work between multiple jobs and organise a small team of staff and subcontractors.

You will also have kitchen and bathroom installation and maintenance experience along with social housing knowledge and experience of voids would be an advantage.

General duties of the Supervisor / Manager:

* Supervision of voids property upgrades.

* Kitchen and bathroom installations.

* H&S management in compliance with company policy & documentation.

* Quality checks and related surveys.

* Working with project managers to organise materials and labour resources and sub-contractors.

To be considered for the role of Supervisor / Manager:

* Kitchen and bathroom or void maintenance experience

* Confident communication skills

* Well organised.

* Strong leadership and motivational skills with the drive and focus to deliver results.

* Health & Safety Qualification - IOSH, SSSTS or similar advantageous.

* Forward thinking pro-active approach.
