Enhanced Peak Pay Rates**

Position: Warehouse Operative (Twilight Shift)

Full Time Shift: 16.00-00.00 / Monday to Friday

Salary: £13.89 p/h (until 14th December 2024)

Location: Brackmills Industrial Estate, Northampton

Interaction Recruitment are proud to be seeking keen, reliable & experienced Warehouse Operatives to join the Team for their esteemed client, J&J Global Fulfilment Centre on the Brackmills Industrial Estate & we are delighted to be able to offer Enhanced Peak Pay Rates in the run-up to the festive period.

This role will involve picking/packing of light products such as makeup, toiletries & clothing within a Modern Warehouse environment, using some of the most up-to-date technology in warehouse fulfilment.

As part of your first shift, you will take part in a full on-site induction, including a tour of the Warehouse and demonstrations of picking/packing tasks.

After 14th December PEAK RATES end, pay rates return to £12.74 before 12 weeks, then £13.11 after 12 weeks employment.
