A Special Needs School in Crowborough are looking for dedicated Special Needs Teaching Assistants to join their team on a flexible supply basis.

Dedicated Special Needs Consultant at Term Time Teachers who will liaise between you and the school

What we are looking for:

Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to individual student needs.
A genuine interest in working with children with special educational needs.
Previous experience working with children or in a support role is preferred but not essential.

Key responsibilities as a Special Needs Teaching Assistant:

Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to monitor and track progress.
Assist students with their learning, both in the classroom and in one-on-one settings.
Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive and inclusive environment.
