Your Role: Workshop Manager, aka The Workshop Wizard

* Bring the energy: Lead our team of five skilled technicians, ensuring they have the support and resources they need to shine.

* Make things happen: Keep our workshop running smoothly, from scheduling and maintenance to making sure our members have everything they need to create.

* Empower makers: Share your knowledge and experience with our members, helping them to unlock their full creative potential.

* Keep it safe: Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure everyone can make with confidence.

* Shape the future: Contribute to the growth and development of BLOQS by identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.

What You Bring as our Workshop Manager

* Maker magic: Hands-on experience in a workshop or manufacturing setting, with a diverse range of skills in areas like wood, metal, and digital fabrication.
