The Role
As a 360 Senior / Industrial Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process within the industrial sector, with duties including:
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure top-notch service and meet their recruitment needs.
* Identifying and driving new business opportunities to grow the client base.
* Collaborating effectively with your team to maximise recruitment outcomes in the industrial sector.
* Regular travel to client sites, requiring a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
