As a member Assistant Pensions Administrator, you will provide support to the Pension Administrator and report to the Pension Consultant to provide a dedicated administration and coordination service.
Duties to include:
Ensure application information is accurate and complete
Generating database records
Maintaining and recording client data and transactions
Distributing incoming mail
Updating and maintaining database records
Generate standard client correspondence
Maintaining schedule of dates to process all administrative duties Desired Skills and experience
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to multitask, and plan own workload
Experienced using Microsoft Office
Articulate, with ability to speak to high net worth individuals
Good team player with excellent communication skills
