Revit MEP Coordinator

£40,000-£45,000 + package

We are looking for Revit MEP Coordinator to join a MEP Design Consultancy in London who we have worked with for years. They have recently celebrated their 15th year of trading and are still growing year on year in terms of both project numbers and revenue.

You will be working as part of the BIM Team working not only alongside the BIM Manager and 3 Coordinators, but closely with the Design Engineers to produce the models in Revit. They work on most project types, but have seen an increase in Data Centre projects over the last six months.

We are looking for someone who gets Coordination and has a real in depth knowledge of Building Services. You will need to have been using Revit for at least 2 years, ideally with NavisWorks but they are happy to train you up on NavisWorks if you have been using other software alongside Revit.

You will be based in their Farringdon office 4 days per week with one day working from home. There will be a requirement for you to visit sites, however the London office only deals with projects in London.
