What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Professional: You must hold a relevant qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning, CACHE Level 3, or equivalent).

Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within a primary school setting, demonstrating your ability to support diverse learners effectively.

️Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with students, teachers, and parents.

Adaptability & Initiative: Ability to tailor support to individual student needs and adapt to a dynamic classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide targeted support to individual students or small groups, enhancing their learning experience.
Assist in the development and implementation of tailored educational plans in collaboration with teachers.
Support classroom management, creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
Monitor and report on student progress, helping to identify and address any challenges.
