Job Title: Registered Manager - Domiciliary Care

Location: Tunbridge Wells, UK

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to join our team in Tunbridge Wells. As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our domiciliary care services, ensuring high-quality care is provided to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the domiciliary care services in Tunbridge Wells
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
Recruit, train, and manage a team of care staff to provide high-quality care
Conduct regular assessments of clients' needs and develop care plans accordingly
Monitor and maintain accurate records of care plans, staff training, and client progress
Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure the provision of quality care within budget
Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to continuously improve the service
Handle and resolve any complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
Keep up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure compliance and high-quality care deliveryRequirements:

NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a domiciliary care setting
Knowledge and understanding of relevant regulations and legislation
Excellent leadership and people management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions
Proficient in IT and record-keeping
