Unite People Build is working with an established, specialist fit-out contractor to recruit a Quantity Surveyor in the Derby, East Midlands area. To work with their commercial team on a full-time, permanent basis.

As a Quantity Surveyor. You will be working for a privately owned company, that partners with a number of nationally recognised clients on a framework basis. You will be working with an experienced commercial team, which is currently growing and providing opportunities to progress.

The successful candidate be working with an established group of clients with an impressive order book already going forward into 2025 with framework wins and tendered contracts secured.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

* Cost Plans

* Engaged in pre-start meetings & clients representatives

* Sub-contractor procurement, orders, payments

* CVR’s

* Valuations

* Cashflow forecasting

* Final accounts

* Project financial reporting
