* Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial performance reports, including cost variance analyses and accurate forecasts, for management and stakeholders.
* Present actionable insights and recommendations to improve cost management and project efficiency.

Compliance:
* Ensure all financial processes comply with relevant regulations, contractual obligations, and internal policies.
* Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation to demonstrate adherence to financial standards.

Collaboration:
* Work closely with project teams, procurement, and finance departments to share insights and support informed decision-making on cost management.
* Provide guidance and feedback on expenditure patterns, helping to streamline workflows and reduce inefficiencies.

Payment Schedules:
* Develop and maintain accurate payment schedules in collaboration with the Finance Manager to ensure timely and accurate disbursements to vendors and contractors.
* Regularly update payment projections based on project progression and contract agreements.
