About the Role As a Salesforce QA Consultant, you will work closely with our Tech, Product, and wider business teams to ensure the quality and reliability of our Salesforce-based solutions. Reporting to the QA Manager, you’ll create and execute detailed test plans, collaborate using tools like Jira, and provide assurance for new and existing products. This is a dynamic role requiring analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
· Analyse business requirements (BRD) and functional design documents (FDD).
· Create detailed test scripts and execute both black and white box testing.
· Use Jira and test management tools to track progress and raise bugs.
· Develop and apply testing processes to meet internal and client needs.
· Sign off tickets before deployment and manage quality assurance workflows.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results under tight deadlines.
What We’re Looking For:
· Proven work experience in software quality assurance, preferably with Salesforce applications.
· Hands-on experience with black and white box testing.
· Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
· Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· ISEB or equivalent qualification.
· Experience in test automation (desirable but not essential).
