We're looking for a dynamic Digital Product Manager to drive our client's digital vision across various sectors. In this role, you'll lead the development and execution of digital strategies, create and manage a product roadmap, and collaborate with top technology partners.

As the Digital Product Manager your goal will be to deliver innovative, user-centric digital solutions in food and drink ordering, from mobile apps to cutting-edge AI and robotics.

Key responsibilities for the Digital Product Manager:

Develop a comprehensive understanding of business and customer requirements through active engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
Define and manage the roadmap, aligning digital initiatives with company objectives, and making data-driven prioritisation decisions.
Formulate and implement strategies that align with digital objectives across all sectors.
Act as the primary contact for new technology partners, performing due diligence and supporting the legal team through contract discussions.
Conduct ongoing market research to keep the company aligned with the latest technologies, identifying potential partners for future growth.
Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring rigorous assessments and quality standards for all new suppliers.
Guide new products through identification, onboarding, trial, stabilisation, and scaling to business-as-usual.
Demonstrate digital products for new sales and retention bids, both remotely and in person.
Develop and track KPIs to assess product health, ensure continuous improvement, and deliver insights to stakeholders.
Work closely with architects, data teams, and third-party partners to maximise resource re-use and optimise new product launches.Key skills for the Digital Product Manager:

Proven product management experience within digital or technology solutions.
Strong user-centric focus, driven by a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and maintain attention to detail.
Excellent influencing and communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence.
Strategic problem solver with a methodical and analytical mindset.
Successful track record in senior relationship management, ideally with technology vendors.
Experience in product lifecycle management, project delivery, and business analysis.
