Are you an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking to fast track your career with a UK leading Construction, Fit-Out and Refurbishment contractor?

Due to continued growth, Fawkes & Reece are proud to be partnered with a UK leading contractor in their search for an experienced and driven Assistant Quantity Surveyor. You will be joining a dynamic and passionate team which has been going for over 30 years who's aim is to be the construction company of choice for their clients, continuously working with them through innovation, service and quality in order to provide them with a certainty of delivery that they can rely on.

You will be working on a £20m facades refurbishment of a 488 bed residential high rise project. The project will be across 2 residential blocks ranging from 26-31 storeys high with associated landscaping and parking.

Required Skills/Experience:

Experience working within the Construction Sector
Relevant degree/qualifications.
Strong commercial understanding.
