Job Title: Mobile Multi-Trade Operative (Specialising in Cap and Cove) - Social Housing
Location: Dartford, Kent (Various locations within the area)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive, DOE + Company Van + Benefits

Proven experience in Cap and Cove flooring installations, with a strong understanding of all related techniques.
Experience as a multi-trade operative, ideally in social housing or residential maintenance.
NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a relevant trade is preferred, with additional qualifications in cap and cove flooring highly desirable.
Full UK driving license and willingness to travel across Dartford and surrounding areas.
Strong practical skills in a range of trades, including basic plumbing, carpentry, and tiling.
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to adhere to strict health and safety protocols and ensure quality standards are consistently met.
