The Finance Manager will play an instrumental role in shaping the financial operations of the business, contributing to its strategic vision and long-term success.

What will the Finance Manager role involve?

Oversee accurate financial record keeping, including sales and purchase invoices, journals, accruals, and prepayments.
Prepare monthly management accounts and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for monitoring performance.
Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable functions, ensuring smooth operations across the business.
Lead the preparation of annual budgets, trading and cash flow forecasts, and variance analysis.
Produce VAT returns, maintain bank reconciliations, and update the fixed asset register.
Provide financial guidance and reports to non-finance team members.
Manage payroll preparation.
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Manager vacancy:

Proven experience in a similar finance management role.
Strong technical expertise in financial record keeping, reporting, and budgeting.
Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate with both finance and non-finance professionals.
