Prospero Teaching are currently Cover Supervisors/Unqualified Teachers to work at Primary Schools within Birmingham as a Supply Teacher. You will be responsible for delivering planned lessons and leading the class in the absence of the class teacher.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience leading a full class group, covering PPA or working as a HLTA.

Many schools also book emergency cover, so if you are looking for just a few days work each week this option is available. Experience, Training and Qualifications

It is essential that you have experience teaching in a school setting in either a permanent or supply cover role.
HLTA, Relevant Degree (Early childhood studies) etc + experience of leading full class groups.
Up-to-date Safeguarding training is imperative; you can undertake a free course with Prospero Teaching if you have not completed a Safeguarding course in the last 12 months.

Hold the Right to Work in the UK.
Possess an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.
Provide two professional child related references.
