Technical Coordinator

Location: Sevenoaks

Salary: Up to £55k/annum + Package

My client is a UK leading residential developer seeking a Technical Coordinator to join them to work on one of their flagship schemes in Kent. They have an excellent technical side and have a number of upcoming projects, as well as having a well established team.

The project is a 700+ unit scheme consisting of low rise apartments and timber frame across multiple phases.

Role

As Technical Coordinator you will:

* Provide technical design co-ordination and to manage the delivery of this information

* Check working drawings and be able to critique/challenge the quality of information delivered

* Work with consultants for timely issue of information to enable programmes to be adhered to

* Provide technical advice on schemes being considered for purchase and prepared for planning applications

Profile

Technical Coordinators applying to this role must:

* Have experience as a technical coordinator working for a developer

* Degree related to Architecture or Engineering

* Be able to hit the ground running on a fast paced site

* Have good time management and the ability to adhere to deadlines

* Have excellent communication skills, with the necessity to liaise with internal staff and external bodies
