The Firm
Our client, a leading London law firm are seeking an Executive Assistant to support Partners in their City of London office.
The Opportunity
The successful candidate will need to be a proactive and highly competent Executive Assistant who thrives working in a pressurised and fast-paced environment. You will provide high level support to the Head of Employment and up to two other Senior Partners. Duties to include:
Organising departmental meetings, appraisal review meetings and holiday approvals
Diary management
Organising travel (UK and overseas)
Email management of inbox on behalf of others
Collation and distribution of agendas, reports and minutes
Client on-boarding; AML processes; creation of client engagement agreements
Working with the HoD to develop a Business Development programme for key contacts and referrers
Updating the CRM system with Business Development activities and contact information
Assistance with the billing process
Assisting with personal adhoc admin supportThis Executive Assistant opportunity, is a full time, fixed-term contract role, working Monday - Friday, 9:30am -5:30pm
Requirements
Previous Legal PA/EA experience supporting an Employment team
Experience supporting at Partner level within a law firm
Advanced Microsoft Office skillsVacancy highlights
