We are working with a top tier construction company who are looking to employ a Product Manager on a full-time basis. As a Product Manager you be responsible for driving the development and growth of our SaaS platform, ensuring it meets both our business and market needs and delivers exceptional value to our customers.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute the product vision and strategy in-conjunction with our Software Engineering Director

* Conduct market research and competitive analysis

* Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure the successful development and launch of product features

* Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather feedback and validate product concepts

* Identify and implement improvements to the product management and development processes to increase efficiency and quality.

* Create comprehensive launch plans for new product features and releases, including marketing, sales, and support activities.

* Collaborate with marketing and sales teams

* Provide regular updates on product development status and manage stakeholder expectations regarding timelines and deliverables.

What do we need from you?

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree: Preferably in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field

* Proven experience as a Product Manager

* Experience with SaaS platforms

* Experience with tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana for managing product development

* Knowledge of how software is developed, tested, and deployed

* Proficiency in using analytics tools to track and interpret product performance data
