We are seeking experienced and versatile Carpenter Multi Trade Operatives to join a leading landlord managing domestic housing stock across the Epsom area. This is an exciting opportunity to secure a full-time, long-term position with excellent career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out repairs and maintenance across various trades, including Carpentry, Plumbing, Painting & Decorating

* Maintain a high standard of work in line with company guidelines.

* Deliver excellent customer service while working in tenants' homes.

Example of work

* Internal door replacements

* Fire door replacements

* Stair repair

* Boxing in

* Banister

* Floorboards

* Shed doors/frames

* Gates

* Gain entries

* Overhaul toilets

* Tap overhaul or replacements.

* Mould treatments

* Reconnect or reinstate plumbing after kitchen unit/ worktop replacement

Requirements:

* Carpentry core trade background with additional skills in Plumbing, Painting & Decorating.

* Full, valid UK driving license (max 6 points).

* Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).

* At least 2 work references will be required.

* Ability to work professionally and presentably at all times.
