Job Title: Mechanical Engineer - Small Tools & Customer Equipment

Location: Alton, Hampshire

Job Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM)
Part-time options are available

Salary: £Minimum Wage to £16 per hour (Dependent on experience)

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Mechanical Engineer to join our team, specializing in small petrol-powered equipment, such as lawnmowers and generators. This is an on-site role with occasional call-outs to local sites in and around Alton, Hampshire.

Responsibilities:
Repair and maintenance of small petrol engines and equipment.
Diagnostics and troubleshooting to ensure equipment runs efficiently.
Perform regular servicing and preventative maintenance.
Occasionally travel to customer sites for repair and support.
Requirements:
No formal qualifications required.
Basic understanding of small engine mechanics is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
