TradeField Recruitment is currently working with a pioneering construction company that has a unique method of building extensions and garden rooms in 4 - 6 weeks. These are fully fitted out and ready to live in spaces, compared to the traditional brick and block building method that would take 4 - 5 months to complete for the same spec building.

As a project manager, you will be working with the build team to scope and shape the client's building design and interior specifications. This could range from helping the client select windows, doors, wall colours, kitchens etc and managing material delivery. Our client allows their customers to build a fully bespoke extension or garden room and you will get the chance to help customers build their dream extension and be a good point of contact, adding additional customer service.

As a project manager, will have a solid understanding of building regulations, and have a proven track record of project managing builds and helping clients with their specifications. This can be a fully remote position if required.

You must have the following to be considered: 

* 4+ years experience in construction

* Project management or held a similar position

* Be familiar with building measurements and basic building regulations

* Have native-level English skills, written and speaking

* Budget management

* Be very client-facing
