Job Overview:
The Senior Site Manager will oversee all on-site activities, ensuring that modular construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires a proactive leader with strong organizational skills, extensive construction knowledge, and the ability to manage a diverse team of subcontractors and tradespeople.
Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Site Manager at Reds10 you will manage all on-site activities, including planning, scheduling, and supervising construction works.

You will lead site teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and performance.
*
One of your jobs will be to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

You will also be conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
*
Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
*
You will identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, implementing corrective actions, as necessary.
*
Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records, including daily logs, progress reports, and safety documentation.

Another role you will have is to foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement on site.

Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and cooperation.

Lastly, you will provide mentorship and guidance to junior site staff, promoting their professional development.
