Customer Service Specialist
Futures is excited to be working with a leading global consumer goods company, committed to creating exceptional products! As they continue to grow and evolve, they are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist.
In this role you will
* Act as the primary point of contact for consumer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone, email, and social media channels.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with consumers, ensuring their needs and concerns are understood and addressed.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information.
* Identify recurring issues or trends and work with the team to implement improvements.
What they are looking for:
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a passion for helping consumers.
* Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
* Proficiency in customer service software and MS Office Suite; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
