We are looking to recruit an experienced Design Manager to join a well established and hugely successful independent lift company. Services offered include repairs, removals, servicing and installations.
This role will include site visits, therefore a valid CSCS card is essential.

Duties of the Design Manager:

Develop and implement the design process for the company.

Ensure the work drawings and design proposals meet customer requirements and agreed budgets.

Provide expert knowledge of complex design management. From initial concept through to checking the manufacturing drawings for approval.

What we are looking for in the Design Manager:

Relevant Mechanical Engineering qualification.

Previous experience with the lift industry, with a full understanding of lift design, regulations and standards

A valid CSCS card.

Experience with AutoCAD, 3D Modelling or DraftSight.
