One Call Consultants are looking for an Office Administrator/Customer service Representative to join our manufacturing client based in Erdington,B24.

Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is not essential they are just looking for a confident individual who has good office admin type experience, preferably commercial experience.

We are looking for someone who can work the companies full time hours of 9:00 - 17:00pm Monday to Friday in office.

Hours of work are 37.5 hours as 30 minute breaks are deducted with two 15 minute paid breaks.

Job duties will include:

Answering calls

Dealing with email queries

Updating spreadsheets

Customer Service

Data Entry

General office duties

Samples will also need to be packaged up to be sent out via Royal Mail.

The successful candidate will present a can do attitude and have excellent time keeping.
