Role: Trainee PCB Assembly Technicians
Full training for candidates who wish to start a role in electronics manufacturing, covering the various technical and dextrous tasks involved in making electronic products for the UK's most prestigious technology companies.
The role would suit energetic and organised individuals looking to re-enter the job market, retrain or commence a career for the first time.
Duties include:
Working with automated wave soldering machines and PCB assembly preparation
PCB assembly using soldering irons to IPC standards
Conformal coating and PCBA cleaning
Product Assembly & Test to inspection and packing
Production technicians will be taught to read and understand drawings and work with detailed instructions and procedures, including the use or PC based software to record notes and time.
Qualifications/Attributes:
GCSE level C/D upwards
Presentable
Good time keeping
Positive attitude to work
Willing to learn and seeking a role with progression
People who enjoy teamwork
Core Hours:
Mon-Thursday 8.30 - 5.00, Friday 8.30 - 4.00.
All positions are permanent and based on a 39-hour week.
