Role: Project Manager

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000

Location: Dartford

We have a great opportunity for a Project Manager working with an established Civil Engineering contractor in Dartford.

The Project is valued circa £6m and you will be the Project Manager looking after two sections of works, with individual management teams for both. You will be responsible for managing the whole project (including - including heavy earthworks, roads, RC and associated civils) and will be reporting to the Contracts Manager. Whilst managing the site, you must also be maintaining a high standard of health & safety while ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.

The ideal Project Manager must have:

* A proven track record of managing civil engineering projects as a Project Manager

* Earthworks, roads, RC experience

* Programming experience on MS project

* Competent in managing a team of site managers, supervisors, engineers and subcontractors

* Ability to liaise with the design and commercial teams

* Interpersonal skills so you can get on with the rest of the team

* SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshall and Black Card/NVQ Level 6 certs
