Incentive Games is a young, exciting and energetic company that specialises in helping its clients acquire, retain and monetise customers via web and mobile apps in the form of free and pay to play games. We use the science of gamification to make user engagement simple. Our current clients are multi-national I-gaming companies based in Europe, Africa, Asia, and the USA, but we have plans to expand into non-I-gaming markets.

Job Brief: 

We’re looking for you to join our team as a QA Engineer, reporting directly to the head of QA. You will be responsible for quality control for a variety of games for our clients, ensuring the delivered product is of a high standard. Once the games are live you will be responsible for the QA process for maintenance and ongoing feature development.

You are:

Proficient in testing methodologies

Experienced working in a software development environment

Great at communication, both verbal and written

A team player who can work with several disciplines at once

Experienced in accurately estimating testing timescales

Able to help develop acceptance criteria to understand player and client scenarios

You may: 

Be an advocate of automated testing with knowledge of Cucumber and Cypress

Have experience in supporting releases to live environments

You will:

Support testing practices and drive processes

Work closely with all aspects of IG engineering to help build world-class iGaming products

Work with senior QA to understand client requirements
