The Opportunity

Thanks to continued success, we are looking for a Team Lead to join a thriving team within Jackson Hogg. As Team Leader you will be seen as the go to consultant for your specialism with established candidate and client networks. h established candidate and client networks. You will also be responsible for starting to manage and build a team.

* Achieving personal and team revenue targets

* Coaching and mentoring your team

* Leading from the front for all candidate, client and business development activities

* Generating assignments for your team

* Hosting internal presentation and external events, including team meetings and company wide training

* Organising and hosting networking events

* Managing the performance and profitability of your team

About you

* A consistent track record of billings and/or account management and business development (or a strong motivation to do this).

* Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients

* Hold commercial accumen and a good understanding of secot sector, its latest trends, regulations and challenges.

* Adhere to Jackson Hogg’s values and mission of delivering excellence through passion, care, trust and respect.

* Have a valid driving license and have access to your own vehicle.
