Party Wall Assistant/Trainee Surveyor Position Overview

Assisting surveyors in handling party wall matters.
Conducting Schedules of Condition.
Effective communication and liaison with clients and team members.
Participating in meetings to discuss project progress and strategies.

A degree in Construction, Property, or a related field.
Based within a commuting distance of St Albans
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary: £25k - £30k - Guide only - DOE
