Job Title: 3rd Line IT Support Engineer

Location: Chester, United Kingdom

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

We are seeking a 3rd Line IT Support Engineer to join an exciting and well established MSP..

You will act as an escalation for the service desk as well as reguarly being proactive on project work, typically including Cloud Migrations and Infrastructure upgrades.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in Managed Services

* Experience with Windows Server Upgrades, Virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V or VMware

* Office 365, Azure

* Cloud Migrations

* Network Installations

* Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
