Description

Assisting in the planning and execution of property projects
Communicating effectively with project team members and stakeholders
Ensuring project timelines are adhered to and deliverables are met
Managing a team of operatives
Identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies
Ensuring all compliance is adhered to
Conducting property market research to inform project planning
Contributing to the continuous improvement of planning processesProfile

A successful Planner should have:

Proven experience in planning, preferably within the property industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in project management software and tools
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
