Commercial Contracts Solicitor – 5+ PQE
Location: Newcastle
We are looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Contracts Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join a dynamic Commercial team.
The Role:
* Handling a variety of commercial contract matters, including manufacturing, supply, distribution, franchising, SaaS, outsourcing, and tech agreements
* Work directly with clients and support business development activities
* Advising on on-line contracting
* Tech business deals including grants, investments, sales and acquisitions
The Ideal Candidate:
* Ambitious, proactive, and commercially aware
* Strong business development and client management skills
* Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
* Experience with technology sector contracts is desirable
