SEN Teaching Assistant

About the Role:

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting students across Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4, and Key Stage 5. You will work closely with teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored support for students with diverse needs, including learning difficulties, behavioral challenges, and other individual requirements. Whether working 1:1 or in small groups, your focus will be on helping students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience supporting SEN students in a secondary school setting.

• Knowledge of SEN strategies, including behavior management and differentiated learning approaches.
