Fawkes & Reece are currently looking for Maintenance Supervisor in London. This is focusing on a high end and client facing site in central London. We are looking for someone with a can do attitude.

About the role of the Maintenance Supervisor:

Carry out planned preventative maintenance
Supporting one other engineer on site
Reactive breakdowns
Alarms/Lights
Plant room checks and repairsExperience need for the role of the Maintenance Supervisor:

Any City & Guilds/NVQ Qualifications - Mechanical or Electrical What we offer the Maintenance Supervisor:

Up to £50K dependent on experience
Overtime opportunities - paying 1.5x and 2x
Bonus up to 2% two times a year

Personal usage on the van
25 day AL + Bank Holidays
