  Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support a team of engineers, locksmiths, and carpenters, assigning tasks and managing their performance.
Ensure the delivery of planned and reactive building maintenance, including repairs, fixtures and fittings, and general building upkeep.
Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company and client standards.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures, conducting risk assessments and maintaining a safe working environment.
Act as the main point of contact for the client on all fabric-related matters, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of completed tasks, schedules, and resource allocation.
Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and support the development of team members. Requirements:

Proven experience in building fabric maintenance, with a strong background in carpentry, locksmithing, or general building services.
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
Experience in the Facilities Management sector is desirable
