Care Home Manager Good salary dependant on experience

Our client a Small residential care home for the elderly in Herne Bay, are looking for an experienced friendly Care Home Manager who has experience with the elderly. They would look to get the successful candidate full registered.

Care Home Manager should be an excellent leader and can manage the home efficiently

• Working within a dementia setting

• You will have a strong medical or care background.

Care Home Manager Qualifications essential;

• NVQ level 4 or 5, RMA .

• Would need knowledeg of CMS (Care Management System) Care Home Manager Daily Duties

• You are required to co-ordinate staff

• Manage day to day running of the home

• Be competent in IT and accurate with paperwork including writing centred care plans/ risk assessments, audits and etc

• You will be central to the well being and improvement of the home and its team

• Marketing the home, including bringing in new clients adminissions and assesments

• Good knowledge about the latest CQC requirements
