? Salary: £25,000–£30,000 per year with profit-related bonuses

? On-Target Earnings: Rapid progression to £45k+ in the first year

Your Role

As the lead for your assigned industry verticals, you will be responsible for driving growth by expanding sales with existing customers and fostering new, profitable relationships. These opportunities will come from leads generated by our business development and marketing teams, as well as through your own proactive efforts.

In collaboration with our technical specialists, your main focus will be to identify customer needs, propose tailored solutions, and effectively communicate the value of our services to secure new business.

Training and Support

Your training will be primarily "on-the-job," supported by our approachable and experienced team, who will provide guidance every step of the way. Expect a steep but rewarding learning curve as you develop a deep understanding of the science behind our services, our market value proposition, and the sales and business development processes we employ.

Requirements:

* Must have a Full driving licence

* Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM or Business discipline
