We have an exciting opportunity for a Divisional Head of Social Impact to join and support our growing business. This is a national role, ideally based in our London or Tamworth office but with flexible working.
Reporting to the Divisional Regeneration and Partnerships Director you will increase our social and environmental impacts on our projects and ensure the business becomes known as a market leader in this sector.
Social value is at the heart of all our existing and new partnerships, and this is an excellent opportunity for someone to engage with our stakeholders, develop new relationships and be our ambassador externally promoting what we do.
We are seeking previous hands-on experience in managing and reporting social value in a business of similar size and previous experience in the housing sector would be beneficial. Familiarity with data collection and impact reporting via a Social Value portal or similar is preferred.
You will have excellent communication skills, able to competently front presentations and meetings with key stakeholders and be able to demonstrate a wealth of experience in managing Social Value programmes or initiatives.
