Design Manager l Residential - South East London
This recognised main contractor has an immediate requirement for a Design Manager to join the business and to initially work on a new build residential project near to Canary Wharf.
The project is half way through a 24 month programme and the building nearly water tight with internals about to get underway. The project is the construction of 65 apartments and you will be required until completion of the project.
This contract works in a variety of sectors including education, health, residential and commercial so you can expect variety for your future projects.
If you are a Design Manager with new build residential experience and have stable employment of working on projects from inception to completion please apply. This client has to have specific residential experience for this Design Manager position due the their clients requirements.
