Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer

Salary: up to £45,000pa

Location: Bromsgrove (Hybrid)

We're looking for a QA Engineer to join a fast-growing organisation, where you'll be a key part of their journey. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring their products meet the highest standards before reaching customers.

Collaborating closely with developers, you'll review requirements, create test plans, and execute testing strategies to drive continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing:

Reviewing requirements, specifications and technical designs to provide insightful feedback
Creating detailed test plans and test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage
Planning, prioritising, and coordinating testing activities
Identifying, documenting and tracking bugs to resolution
Implementing and refining testing processes for new and existing products
Collaborating with Developers and Product Managers to align system requirements

Skills & Experience:

2+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or similar role in software development
Experience in manual testing 
Ability to write clear, structured and effective test cases
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work seamlessly across multi-disciplinary teams
Strong ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of QA methodologies, tools and processes
