In this role, you will lead the daily execution of the Train Service Agreement, ensuring the maintenance of rolling stock and managing teams of Supervisors and Technicians to achieve operational excellence. You will plan and optimize maintenance schedules while addressing customer requirements and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery. Additionally, you will prioritize employee safety and well-being, supporting team development through effective use of company policies and tools.
