Product Manager (Hybrid):
* Commercial, customer-facing B2B technical Product Manager and requirement capture experience
* Industrial IoT experience required
* Comfortable in a small start-up environment
* Good understanding of IoT based software architecture and product deployment
* Technical background, with exposure to Agile development and Cloud as well as on-premise deployment
* Mostly software with some hardware
* Oil and gas domain, industrial plant, highly regulated industry experience advantageous
* A flexible approach and adaptability
* Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
* Must be able to travel internationally 25% of the time
Duties:
* Define the product strategy and roadmap
* Deliver Market and Product requirements with prioritized features and justification
* Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
* Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products
* Be an expert with respect to the competition
* Act as a leader within the company
Role: Product Manager
Location: Cambridge
Salary: £70-85K plus benefits. Flexible work arrangement including hybrid remote working (3 days a week required on-site), technology & leadership training, pension, equity, 25 days holiday.
